U.S. CAPITAL MARKETS SUMMIT

The U.S. Capital Markets Summit is the premier event for international companies and professionals interested in accessing the U.S. capital markets. The four-day Summit will be held on March 23-26 in New York City, and showcase top industry professionals and thought leaders that will discuss broad aspects of U.S. capital markets including initial listings and secondary offerings, financial accounting stan- dards and reporting requirements, regulatory considerations and corporate gover- nance best practices.

Additionally, attendees will have face-to-face exposure to representatives from the New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq Stock Market, Securities and Exchange Commission, investment banks, securities law firms, public accounting and advisory firms, and investor relations professionals.
